Download our dossier <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediterraneandietvm.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/Mediterranean_Diet_Virtual_Museum.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The MedEatResearch has produced over 150 video interviews, collecting valuable testimonies on this universal heritage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the Museum it is possible to find the testimonies of &#8220;pioneers&#8221; who have discovered and studied the Mediterranean Diet; the stories of grandparents of Campania, who are like \u201cliving libraries\u201d and who embrace this lifestyle every day as an elixir of youth; and the stories of the \u201cexperts\u201d of food and wine in the field of catering and production who advance it every day through their activities, as well as exceptional testimonials from scientists and artists whose work preserves and restores its social value.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the &#8220;Education&#8221; section one can watch <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediterraneandietvm.com\/en\/lessons-on-the-mediterranean-diet\/\">short videos on the history of the Mediterranean Diet<\/a> narrated by anthropologists Elisabetta Moro and Marino Niola, on innovative educational tools developed by MedEatResearch such as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediterraneandietvm.com\/en\/piramide-universale-della-dieta-mediterranea\/\">\u201cNew food pyramid of the Mediterranean diet\u201d<\/a>, as well as the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediterraneandietvm.com\/en\/edutest\/\">\u201cEdutest of the Mediterranean diet\u201d<\/a>, made in collaboration with experts in nutrition sciences and metabolic diseases from Federico II University.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mediterraneandietvm.com\/en\/what-do-nutritionists-say\/\">Nutritionist Roberta Romanelli&#8217;s short clips<\/a> explore the nutritional value of the foods that characterize the Mediterranean Diet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The video interviews of the virtual museum were carried out by the MedEatResearch team of researchers and directed by Helga Sanit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Senior researchers&nbsp;<\/strong><br>Dott.ssa Mariangela Bianco<br>Dott.ssa Chiara d&#8217;Alessandro Ph.D.<br>Dott.ssa Rita Fusco Ph.D.<br>Dott.ssa Rossella Galletti Ph.D.<br>Dott.ssa Francesca Marino<br>Dott.ssa Marzia Mauriello Ph.D.<br>Dott.
