His professional and entrepreneurial career is marked by two Michelin stars received in 2001 and 2008 respectively. Peering through indelible memories, chef Gennaro Esposito reveals the figure of his mother, synonymous with work, simplicity and concreteness, the values \u200b\u200bhe wanted to propose in his cuisine but with a firm eye on innovation and creativity. In his view, \u201cinnovative cuisine\u201d is the one that can win people\u2019s hearts and that is within everyone\u2019s reach. He hopes for a better future for agricultural production which is in danger both for climate change and for the lack of interest young people, which are not accustomed to nature\u2019s times.
