Among her memories there are the breakfast of former times \u2013 with goat&#8217;s milk and toasted bread \u2013 and the \u201cmontanare\u201d, the fried pizza with tomatoes and cheese. Her grandmother cooked them for all the nephews during Christmas holidays in a huge, blackened pan. We see her kneading her famous \u201ccavatelli\u201d and we learn the secrets of Cilentan sauce made with the \u201cegg chops\u201d.
