His wife was a very good cook. His favorite recipe is fusilli, rigorously seasoned with goat meat. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Today his\nfamily is divided between Italy and New Jersey so Alessandro, in the cold season,\ngoes to America to stay with his children and grandchildren. There she eats\nonly Italian food because her daughters have preserved the tradition of\npreparing and consuming only Cilento dishes. Alessandro, however, also knows\nhow to make fusilli by himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>However,\nthere is a substantial difference that he underlines between Orria and New\nJersey: \u201cyou eat too much there\u201d, says Alessandro. And you eat too much because\nthere is always an occasion to celebrate: religious holidays, birthdays, name\ndays are good occasions to sit at the table.
