Since that time, he has fully recovered and runs a family-run farm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The stories\nthat Michele tells reveal the vision of a man who has developed over time the\nidea that you need to be happy to live well and feel good. The long marriage\nwith his wife, which has lasted for 50 years and the initial reluctance to have\na child testify to the desire to live life to the full, marking its biological\nand cultural rhythms. Likewise, Michele has his own vision of the regularity of\nlife that clashes with the military one (made up of commands and orders) which\nhe had also tried to follow. In spite of everything, he declares that even\ntoday he remains &#8220;very German&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Michele  knows the history of the Mediterranean Diet very well, declares that he also met Ancel Keys, the &#8220;professor&#8221;, as he calls him.
