The tale of the Mediterranean Diet by the people from Cilento

12 restaurateurs from Cilento, interviewed by the researchers of MedEatResearch, defined the Mediterranean Diet by describing the three characteristic elements of the so-called Mediterranean Triad: oil, bread, and wine. In these tales, their heritage emotions appear.
