This video features a series of clips created by the students of class IV F from the “De Nicola-Sasso” Comprehensive Institute in Torre del Greco. It is part of the final internship project carried out by Mariangela Bianco under the supervision of tutor Clementina Raia. The children ask each other questions and share stories, becoming active witnesses to the food narratives collected within their families.Through the memories passed down by parents, grandparents, and relatives, the children become spokespeople for the culinary traditions of their local area, giving voice to an intangible cultural heritage made up of flavors, gestures, and habits handed down through generations. Their words, spontaneous and genuine, create a mosaic of cultural identities where food is much more than sustenance—it is culture.
