Alessandro Marra is the regional co-coordinator for Campania of the Slow Wine 2021 guide. Sommelier, he was born near Benevento and manages a blog called “Falanghina Republic” in which he tells stories and wines of his land. In the interview, Alessandro traces the historical lines and the evolution of viticulture in the province of Benevento, paying particular attention to Falanghina.
