Eleonora Morone is the owner of Cantina Morone, a small cellar in Guardia Sanframondi, in the district of Benevento. In the interview, she tells about the choices made to enhance their wine and, more generally, that of the hills of Guardia Sanframondi. The social and cultural relationship that emerges between the Falanghina and the seven-year rites of Guardia Sanframondi is also interesting.
