Manuela Piancastelli and her husband Peppe Mancini had the courage and the passion to revolutionize their professional life to dedicate theirselves, heart and soul, to the viticulture. They deserve credit for having salvaged, rediscovered and valued three wine varieties, the Casavecchia, The Black and White Pallagrello grapes, handing over this heritage to Caserta’s agricultural civilization and to young generations.
