Pasquale Tarallo was born on October 7, 1976, in Como, but lives in Agnone Cilento where his restaurant is located. His father Giuseppe, from Agnone, was president of Parco Nazionale del Cilento, Vallo di Diano e Alburni. Pasquale, with a career as a lawyer behind him, today deals with catering at 360 degrees. In 2006 he opened the “Paisà”; born as a small place where you can nibble on something while listening to music, it immediately stood out for the high quality of the products, such as the cacioricotta cheese, extra virgin olive oil, beans from Controne, and local fish. But his story in the world of gastronomy has two inspiring muses: his grandmothers, the ones who educated him in the knowledge and values of the Mediterranean Diet.
