In this interview, chef Michele Grande, owner of the restaurant ‘La Bifora’, tells us anecdotes and curiosities about Bacoli cuisine. The figure of his parents was very important for the opening of his business. In fact, it was thanks to them that Michele discovered his passion for cooking and catering. The chef is very much influenced by the local area and thanks to this he is able to best express his idea of cooking with innovation, without ever distorting tradition too much. In the end, Michele’s main goal, apart from cooking quality dishes, is to welcome customers and make them feel at home.
