Federico is 10 years old and lives in Pioppi, a small fishing village in the municipality of Pollica. He prefers homemade “original dishes” rather than those prepared in restaurants: the gnocchi that his grandmother kneaded by hand every Sunday and the pasta and potatoes that his mother prepares for him are his favorites. Federico also loves blue fish, the quintessential symbol of Pioppi, of which he knows different qualities and cooking techniques.
