Lago D’Averno is where the lemon grove is located, Piazza San Gaetano – between the echoes and the ‘calls’ of the Decumani – where the laboratory is located. The protagonist is the lemon, among the most used and loved citrus fruits, with its thousand facets and recipes. But not only that. The lemon, one of the symbols of the Mediterranean diet, in this case represents a strong bond with the historical environments that welcome and surround it.
