The interview, which took place close to the alleys in the center of Salerno, explains and involves, in a real journey through time, the history and tradition of Salerno cuisine; with dives into the past, memories, personal experiences and culinary insights through the intervention of one of the partners and restorers of the Fiorenzo Benvenuto restaurant, thus creating a welcoming and interesting atmosphere. From how the idea for the business was born, the why, the difficulties, the important people who contributed to its development, the main dishes, from the wine paired with the tradition of spleen (”A Mevz’) and with the love and passion engraved in the heart for something that will never die, that leaves its mark on you and in this case that has shown us young “promises” how much you have to believe in a dream in order for it to come true. The Vicolo Della neve was reborn like a Phoenix from its ashes, exploiting the only thing capable of uniting and making people happy … Food and its history.
