Ivano Veccia, a long-time pizza maker from Forio d’Ischia, fell in love with his art from a young age. His passion for traditional Campania cuisine and the Mediterranean Diet has taken him around the world, but he always returns to his roots. Using only seasonal and non-intensive ingredients, Ivano creates unique dishes that pay homage to his homeland. His dream is to open his own restaurant on his beloved island of Ischia, where he can continue to create and innovate in the place he calls home.
