Vincenzo Riano is the owner of the trattoria ‘Cibi Cotti Nonna Anna’, located in the historic Torretta local market in Naples. The trattoria, opened in 1968 by Anna Pappalardo and currently managed by her family, offers traditional Italian cuisine, with particular attention to the quality of the ingredients and home preparation. The restaurant, which recalls the grandmother’s cooking, offers a welcoming and familiar atmosphere, where customers can taste typical dishes, prepared with passion and recipes handed down over time. The menu varies, but focuses on warm and genuine dishes, with special attention to the authentic flavors of tradition.
