We met Amelia Mazzola, the owner with her family of “La Torre- One Fire” restaurant, located in the gorgeous landscape once called the “Mermaids’ Land”.
Amelia took us through a voyage in the Mediterranean tradition, discovering Slow Food and the local products, without forgetting simplicity and seasonality.
