The purpose of the interview is to investigate what drives two young restaurateurs in their thirties to go against the current and invest in their own territory, despite its difficulties. We want to understand how their strong connection to their roots influences their business, in a comprehensive overview that includes their menu, suppliers, customers, and anecdotes that have accompanied Casa Palladino in its first 4 years of activity. We will be immersed in a story of passion and dedication, where cuisine merges with local culture and tradition to create a unique culinary experience.
