The interview is an excursion into the Kristine Aasheim’s memories. A thoughtful prose that reflects on different gastronomic cultures showing the inevitabile cultural and food exchanges in an inclusive dialogue, enhancing and appreciating Italian cuisine, particularly from the South. Through the voice, eyes and sensitivity of the woman we are given an intangibile inheritance made of thoughts, memories and words from the poor cuisine of the past to not American food up to the unmistakable flavors of the Mediterranean Diet.
