“Pizza chefs are not made, they are born this way”. These are the words of Maria Cacialli, born in 1969 and raised as a child on the counter of her father’s pizzeria. In her life, Maria had the opportunity first to observe and then to make firsthand the typical Neapolitan pizza in her pizzeria “La figlia del presidente”, located in Naples a few steps from San Gregorio Armeno.

Supported by her family, she offers customers both traditional and innovative dishes prepared with love and care, but her absolute specialty is certainly fried pizza.
