Peppe Zullo is a farmer chef who has been able to give back to his land the pride it deserves by taking it around the world. For Peppe Zullo, food is considered an “element of happiness”, a value and objective pursued in his ideal. We met him in Orsara di Puglia, in his restaurant. Welcomed by his overwhelming hospitality and his rosé wine “Amarosa”, we let him tell us his story seasoned with practical examples, entering his grove in search of ingredients and spices for the dinner, and together we prepared it, nothing complicated, nothing already established, all based on the generosity of nature and the overwhelming creativity of the chef, complete with a video recipe.
