With this testimony we have discovered the career of chef Viviana Marrocoli and many of the Neapolitan culinary traditions. The reinterpretation with modern techniques of classic dishes by Vincenzo Corrado and Ippolito Cavalcanti is a key to better understand the traditional cuisine of past and present.
