With this interview we wanted to highlight the traditions but also the culinary innovations of the bakers. Rodolfo Molettieri, born in Naples, is today the owner of the Antica Forneria Molettieri, a family-run bakery founded in 1959 which represents the true balance between tradition and innovation by rediscovering the old bakery with innovative elements designed for the sustainability of the ‘environment.
